What are your best sellers?

Do you have delivery charges?

Yes, standard delivery charges apply on every order.

Delivery time line?

2-5 working days with the exception of unforeseen circumstances i.e natural disasters, strikes, political situations, road blocks, discount offer period.

How long should I keep the candle burning for?

Maximum 2 – 4 hours per use to avoid overheating of the jar and large flames.

Minimum 45 min – 1 hour to create a complete melt pool across the diameter of the jar to avoid tunneling.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery charges vary depending on location. International orders are processed manually and will not go through directly from our website. Please contact us for further information at

What makes Honey, I’m Home products different?

We create our fragranced products using non toxic ingredients including beeswax, soy wax, paraben & phthalate free fragrance oils, pure cotton wicks, certified and natural carrier solutions. Our scent strength is kept strong to give the best results in terms of coverage.

Why don’t you use essential oils instead of fragrance oils?

We use certified, premium grade fragrance oils that are infused with natural essential oils because they allow us to create unique and authentic fragrance profiles. The production process is more sustainable for FOs than EOs and it helps keep our prices more accessible.

Can your packaging be recycled?

We commit to returning used, clean jars and other packaging material to use in our company processes, for example, scent sampling, batch testing, storage etc. However, used jars/packaging material don’t make their way back to new inventory.

Pet safety

We love pets and our products are safe to use around your furry friends. Our products are not tested on animals. A little note of safety though – there can always be a “wagging the tail” moment accident with a burning candle on the table so we have to be careful and keep our scented products out of reach of our pets and children.

Fragrance coverage of your products?

We generally keep a strong fragrance ratio. However, some scent profiles are milder in comparison; for example, Letters to Rose (Pink Rose & Lychee Blossoms) will be more subtle than Divinity (Oud & Amber)

What's the best way to care for your products?

Always keep your scented products free of debris, store in a cool, dry place and follow burning/use instructions given on every product from Honey, I’m Home.

Can I use Honey, I’m Home products while pregnant, nursing, or around children?

We do not use any questionable ingredients in our products. Anything we create is personally used by us and thoroughly tested before being released into the market. Make sure to use our products as per instructions given with each product and keep out of reach of pets and children. For particular concerns, please consult your physician or healthcare professional before using any product to ensure complete safety.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes we customize our products for you. A unique fragrance can be created, packaging can be designed according to your requirement. However, we do not white label our products for any company/private bulk order and we do not customize less than 15 items. Can I change/cancel my order?

For any changes in your order or cancellations please email info@honeyimhomecandles.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, when placing the order please put in the shipping details of the person you want the package gifted to. There are options of adding gift wrapping, gift bag, ribbons, cards and a personal message to your order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer wholesale opportunities or reduced pricing for bulk orders?

Yes, different discounts apply on bulk orders depending on quantity and customization details. For further queries, please contact us.
